Returns, Exchanges, & Refund Policy
We accept returns within 10 days of the date the order was delivered for store credit only.
The customer is responsible for any shipping fee to send order back. Outbound shipping fees from the original order are not refundable.
All items must be returned unwashed, unworn and in their original condition with ALL tags attached. We kindly ask that you wear underwear when first trying on your purchase.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear or do not meet the above criteria.
Please include the original order packing slip in your return package. Returns cannot be combined with multiple orders.
To request a return:
Contact us at orders@eygal.com with the subject “Return” or “Exchange”. Please include your order invoice and the reason for your return with a photo of the item. We will email you the return address if approved.
Please allow 4-10 business days after we receive your package to process your store credit
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved we will email you your store credit code to use on your future purchase.

Sale Items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at orders@eygal.com with the subject “Exchange”. The same rules/steps apply.
Cancellation (if applicable)
We do not accept cancellations once your order has been processed.
